The College of Islamic Sciences Encourages Its Students to Conduct Scientific Research

In a step to enhance the passion for knowledge and encourage students to delve into academic studies, the Department of Faith organized a visit to the library of the College of Islamic Sciences, where rich sources in the field of the biography of the Prophet’s family and companions were explored.
Assist. Prof. Dr. Tamadhar Al-Jaafar supervised the tour, where they learned about academic research methods and reviewed valuable scientific sources such as the biography of Ibn Hisham, the ethics of the Prophet’s family, and what a Muslim should know about the companions.
The visit also witnessed the distinguished participation of Professor Dr. Sabah Nouri, who gave an interactive lecture on enjoining good and forbidding evil in the thought of the Prophet’s family, peace be upon them, and the honorable companions, may God be pleased with them all, which added a deep intellectual dimension to the experience.
This visit comes as a step towards building an aware generation that realizes the value of research and knowledge, within the framework of the college’s tireless efforts to establish a culture of reading and benefit from sources of knowledge.
