Master’s Thesis on ( Impact of Individualizing Punishment in Achieving Criminal Justice.)

College of Law/Department of Public Law discussed a master’s thesis on the impact of individualizing punishment on achieving criminal justice.

The thesis presented by the student: Omar Muhammad Jamil Musa ,aimed at clarifying the important principles in the field of penal policy, finding effective solutions for problems facing the application of criminal laws, individualizing punishment and explaining its role, which comes within framework of the need to regulate society’s reactions in proportion to the penalties in addressing the types of crimes and their perpetrator.

The thesis included conceptual framework for individualization of punishment and its relation to criminal justice, and a statement of the role of the means of individualizing punishment in achieving criminal justice.
