Al- Iraqia University Congratulates His Excellency Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research

Presidency of Al-Iraqia University headed by Rector of the University, Prof. Dr. Ali Saleh Hussein Al-Jubouri, with all its cadres, extends congratulations to His Excellency Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kazem Abdel-Saheb, on the occasion of his selection as the best Minister in the government of Mr. Al-Kazemi, in the poll conducted by Iraq Survey Center.
