As part of the scientific activities for the academic year 2024-2025 in the College of Arts, the Department of Geography, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a training course entitled (Man and Climate: A Reading of the Impact of Human Activity on Planet Earth) and was lectured by:

This course aims to demonstrate the rapid climate changes that the human planet is witnessing, and the reason for this is due to man himself in its occurrence as a result of industrial and agricultural activities. Since the industrial revolution, it has led to emissions of greenhouse gases such as carbon dioxide and methane, which have contributed to rising global temperatures.
