The College of Engineering at Al-Iraqia University Holds a Workshop on Program Accreditation Requirements

The Department of Electrical Engineering at the College of Engineering, Al-Iraqia University held a workshop on program accreditation requirements with the participation of a number of faculty members in the college presented by:

Assist. Prof. Ruwa Muthanna Ali
Assist. Prof. Qasim Hadi Karim
Assist. Prof. Muhammad Khalid Ibrahim

The workshop dealt with the definition of program accreditation and its importance in improving the quality of education, reviewing the application for program accreditation, and the most important points that must be taken into account when applying for program accreditation, in addition to defining Rubric and its importance in academic submission, as well as a practical application on designing Rubric and analyzing case studies.

The workshop aims to understand the requirements of program accreditation, its standards and application, and to enable faculty members to prepare effective Rubric evaluation tools.
