The Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the College of Engineering, Al- Iraqia University held a workshop on cooperation and development of teamwork skills. The workshop was  presented by a group of students from the Department of Electrical Engineering, third year, under the supervision of Assist. Prof. Baraa Munqidh Al-Bakr, Assit. Prof. Raghda Abdul Rab Abdul Hussein, and Observer Amira Hussein Eidan
The workshop addressed the concept of cooperation, as it is one of the most important values ​​that contribute to building strong and productive societies, as it allows individuals to work together to achieve common goals, which enhances team spirit and increases efficiency and creativity. Cooperation is not limited to the work environment only, but extends to various aspects of life such as study, family and society.
The workshop aims to achieve effective cooperation. It is necessary to develop teamwork skills such as the ability to communicate effectively, listen well, think critically and solve problems with a team spirit. These skills help individuals exchange ideas flexibly, respect the opinions of others and adapt to different challenges, which leads to achieving better results.
