Department Electric Engineering at Al- Iraqia University Organizes a Scientific Visit to the Scientific Research Authority, Department of Renewable Energy Research

The Department of Electrical Engineering at the College of Engineering organized a scientific visit to the Scientific Research Authority, Department of Renewable Energy, with participation of faculty members and students.

The visit included learning about solar energy technologies, wind energy, and bioenergy such as methane gas production, as well as watching the manufacturing and development processes of equipment used in renewable energy, in addition to studying the mechanism of operating renewable energy stations and understanding their environmental impacts compared to traditional energy.

The visit aims to enhance the practical aspect of students by learning about renewable energy applications and reviewing the latest technologies used in producing electrical energy from renewable sources, in addition to linking theoretical knowledge with practical application and stimulating innovative thinking in the field of sustainable energy.
