Master’s Thesis in Islamic Sciences Discusses the Jurisprudential Choices of Imam Badr al-Din al-Aini in the Chapter on Prayer

The College of Islamic Sciences at the Al-Iraqia University discussed a master’s thesis entitled “The jurisprudential choices of Imam Badr al-Din al-Aini in his book Manhat al-Suluk fi Sharh Tuhfat al-Muluk fi Bab al-Salat”, which was submitted by the student Ilaf Salam Alwan, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ahmed Sami Shawkat.
The thesis aimed to study the statements of jurists on jurisprudential issues related to prayer, analyze their evidence, and explain the reasons for their differences in research and deduction. It also addressed the life of Imam Badr al-Din al-Aini, his scientific status, his works, and the introduction of the book “Manhat al-Suluk”, as one of the important explanations in Islamic jurisprudence.
