A lecturer in the Department of Political Science (Assistant Professor Noura Kataf Hidan) participates in the membership of the discussion committee for a promotion research paper entitled (The Decline of French Influence in the West African Region: Causes and Consequences) submitted by Counselor (Ali Muhan Alwan) for the purpose of promoting him to the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Foreign Service Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
