Good News for Our University Graduates

Under the patronage of the respected University Rector and the supervision of the respected Rector’s Assistants for Academic and Administrative Affairs, the Central Committee for Secured Documents launched the electronic document issuance system service, in order to facilitate and accelerate the process of issuing various documents in a safe and effective manner via the Internet. The new system aims to provide innovative services to its graduates, so that they can obtain official documents in a convenient manner and without the need to attend the university.  Al-Iraqia University is first in providing this service, which is the first of its kind in all of Iraq.
Advantages of the new system:
1. Issuing documents quickly and securely via the Internet.
2. Easy accessibility through the website or application of the government platform Ur.
3. Saving time and effort by reducing the need for a personal visit.
4. Keeping pace with technological developments in government services.
Documents available for issuance through the system:
• Graduation document without grades in Arabic
• Graduation document without grades in English
• Graduation document with grades in Arabic
• Graduation document with grades in English
• Wall certificate in Arabic
• Wall certificate in English
How to benefit from the system:
1. Log in to the website or application of the government platform Ur and choose the service of issuing documents electronically at the University of Iraq or via the link
2. Log in using your personal account.
3. Choose the required document and complete the payment process electronically.
4. Receive the document electronically via email or download it directly.
