A lecturer at the College of Media presents a media course for employees of the Ministry of Planning

As part of the efforts to enhance cooperation between academic institutions and government agencies, Dr. Mahmoud Muhammad Al-Qaisi, a lecturer at the Department of Journalism in the College of Media at Al-Iraqia University, had presented a training course entitled “Effective Media Strategy in Enhancing Government Services”, targeting a number of media employees in the formations of the Ministry of Planning.
The course was held at the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology, where it addressed multiple axes, including the importance of media in improving communication between government institutions and the public, its role in enhancing transparency and building trust in government services, in addition to techniques for formulating influential media messages and using modern platforms for effective communication.
The course received positive interaction from the participants, who stressed the importance of employing the knowledge and skills they acquired to improve media performance within their institutions.
