The University Council Holds its Third Session and Reviews the success of Memorandum of Understanding with (Juan Carlos University)

The University Council held its third session for the academic year 2024/2025, headed by the University Rector, Prof. Dr. Ali Saleh Al-Jubouri.

The Council reviewed the memorandum of understanding signed by the University Rector with the Spanish Juan Carlos University under the patronage of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani.The esteemed Council discussed also the results and initial data of the national classification of Iraqi universities.

A number of decisions were also discussed and approvals were obtained, including:

Granting an exceptional extension and postponement for a number of postgraduate students, and reducing tuition fees for a number of students in Faculties of Medicine and Dentistry.

In addition to approving the promotion of a group of lecturers to the rank of professor, and discussing a number of administrative and technical paragraphs and taking appropriate decisions regarding them..
