Signing a Scientific Cooperation Agreement with (Ashur University) to Develop Scientific Research and Academic Curricula

In a move aimed at strengthening academic partnerships and raising the level of scientific research, the College of Islamic Sciences at Al Iraqia University signed a scientific cooperation agreement with Ashur University, at the college headquarters.
The agreement included several main axes, most notably the exchange of expertise in the field of publishing scientific research and evaluating it according to international academic standards, as well as joint coordination in the supervision and scientific discussions of university theses and dissertations. The agreement also included cooperation in developing curricula in line with the latest developments in the field of Islamic sciences.
During the signing ceremony, Prof. Dr. Kazem Khalifa Hammadi, Dean of College of Islamic Sciences, stressed that this agreement represents a strategic step to enhance communication with academic institutions, and contributes to achieving scientific and cognitive integration between the two universities.
For his part, Prof. Dr. Furat Hamdan Abdul Hameed, representative of Ashur University, expressed his happiness at signing this agreement, noting that it will contribute to enhancing academic cooperation between the two institutions and developing joint research projects that serve the academic community.
This agreement comes within a series of efforts made by the College of Islamic Sciences to enhance its academic and research position at the local and international levels.
