College of Education Participates in the Second Festival of Al-Karkh University for Sciences

Two lecturers at College of Education, Al Iraqia University/ Department of Physics, Assistant Prof. Zahraa Abbas, and Lecturer Hawra Khalaf, participated in the festival organized by Al-Kharkh for Sciences University on the occasion of the sixty-first anniversary of the World Day of Medical Physics under the slogan “Medical Physics is an Inspiring Generations”.

The participation was by a scientific lecture on the role of phototherapy with ultraviolet rays in treating some skin diseases such as psoriasis and vitiligo, and a poster was presented on the applications of electromagnetic waves in medicine.
