Al Iraqia University Participates in the University Scout Camp in (Nineveh Governorate)

Under the patronage of the University Rector, Prof. Dr. Ali Saleh Hussein, the Student Activities Department participated in the (University Scout Camp for Environmental Sustainability), which is supervised by the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority in Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and which was hosted by the (University of Mosul) on October 9-17, with the participation of 52 universities and colleges in the activities.

The activities included holding a student camp in the forests and gardens of (Al-Hadba Camp), in addition to various activities that included forming a team in cooperation with People with disabilities, participating in a voluntary tree planting campaign, holding a play to eradicate poverty, and various sports activities.  Director of Student Activities Department, Dr. Mukhlis Hassan, received a shield and a certificate of participation from the Head of Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority for the distinguished efforts, and in turn, Dr. Mukhlis handed over a shield and a certificate of participation to the Rector of the University.
