A Master’s Thesis Discusses ((Intertextuality in the Poetry of Othman Bektash Al-Mawsili))

A master’s thesis entitled (Intertextuality in the poetry of Othman Bektash Al-Mawsili 1222 AH) was discussed at College of Arts, All-Iraqia University, Department of Arabic Language.

The thesis submitted by Ziad Fakhri Sami aimed to clarify the topics of intertextuality in the poems of Othman Bektash Al-Mawsili through the poetic images he drew in his text. These images can only be analyzed and monitored by using the mechanisms of intertextuality at their various levels, in addition to identifying the secrets of their beauty.

The thesis included three chapters. The first chapter dealt with religious intertextuality in the poetry of Osman. The second chapter was entitled Literary Intertextuality in the Poetry of Osman Bektash Al-Mawsili, while the third chapter was entitled Intertextuality with Characters.
