Master’s Thesis on (The Impact of Applying Financial Technology on Some Monetary Indicators in Iraq)

The Department of Financial and Banking Sciences at College of Administration and Economics at Al Iraqia University discussed, a master’s thesis for (Adnan Khadir Abbas) entitled (The impact of applying financial technology FINTECH on some monetary indicators in Iraq for the period from 2015-2022.

The research dealt with the study in the Iraqi financial sector, which is the cornerstone on which the economy is based and the developments that occurred in it after the application of modern financial technology innovations through two variables: financial technology innovations as an independent variable and some monetary indicators as a dependent variable.

The study came out with a set of conclusions, the most important of which is that financial technology innovations in Iraq have a long-term impact on some monetary indicators in Iraq.

The study concluded with a set of recommendations, including benefiting from the experiences of leading countries in the field of financial technology (FINTECH), both Arab and foreign, to apply financial technology innovations to establish a solid electronic financial system in Iraq.
