Appreciating the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s Initiative to Launch the Second Edition of Higher Education Reading Award.

Vice Rector of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Khamis A. Zidan, and the Dean of College of Media, Prof. Dr. Ithar Al-Obaidi, praised the initiative of His Excellency Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, to launch the second edition of (Higher Education for Reading Award), and called on university students to participate actively in it.
