The Dramatic Scene in Jawad Al-Hattab’s Poetry

A master’s thesis entitled (dramatic scene in the poetry of Jawad Al-Hattab) was discussed at College of Arts, University of Iraq, Department of Arabic Language.

The thesis submitted by the master’s student (Amer Hassouni Jabr Abdul-Jubouri) aimed to reveal the phenomenon of (dramatic scene) in the poetry of the contemporary poet Jawad Al-Hattab. The thesis sought to reveal the most important tributaries, techniques and elements that embodied the characteristic of overlap between poetry and drama. Therefore, the thesis took the path of descriptive and analytical approach to explain the dramatic scenes within the poem.

The thesis included an introduction and three chapters. The first chapter was entitled (Tributes of the dramatic scene in the poetry of Jawad Al-Hattab), the second one was entitled (Techniques of the dramatic scene in the poetry of Jawad Al-Hattab), while the third chapter explained (The space of dramatic scene in the poetry of Jawad Al-Hattab).
