A Lecturer at College of Media Participates in an International Conference in (Türkiye)

Assistant Professor Dr. Nahla Najah Abdullah, a lecturer at College of Media at the University, participated in the first international scientific conference of Trabzon for social and human sciences, which was organized by Turkish State University of (Igdir) in cooperation with the Remar Academy in the city of Trabzon, Turkey.

Dr. Nahla Najah presented her research entitled: “The role of social networking sites in promoting citizenship from the perspective of academic elites,” during the first scientific session of the conference, which witnessed several discussions and dialogues on research and studies. The conference participants praised the research topic and the excellence in addressing an important and vital issue such as citizenship.

Dr. Nahla Najah’s participation was honored by receiving the conference shield on behalf of the College of Media at Al Iraqia University, stressing the importance of these participations in enhancing the scientific presence of the college and the university on the international scene.
