Under the slogan “Higher Education Award is a Positive Window for Cultural Awareness”

His Excellency Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, announced the launch of the second edition of the Higher Education Reading Competition, with a prize value of one hundred million dinars distributed to forty winners. The competition conditions include: The competing student must be Iraqi nationality, an graduate student who is still in studying, not over than 30 years old, and the student must register on the competition platform via official email provided by his college.

Registration for participation in the competition was opened on the competition platform website at the following link: https://awards.mohesr.gov.iq/, registration deadline is 9/26/2024. Registered students will take an electronic test on 9/24/2024.

Competition material is based on the book (Islamic Views on the Declaration of Human Rights) by (martyr Sayyid Muhammad al-Sadr) and the book (The Civilizational Question: How Do We Invent Our Future in a Changing World) by Zaki Milad.

The winners will receive a prize of one hundred million dinars, with the first ten winners receiving four million dinars each, while the twelfth winners will receive three million each, while the thirteenth winners will receive two million dinars each, and the fourteenth winners will receive one million dinars distributed among winning student.
