Director of Department of Political Science (Prof. Dr. Muhammed Munther Jalal) participates in the membership of the committee to discuss promotion research entitled “Obstacles to the Implementation of Federal System in Iraq after 2003”, which was submitted by the First Secretary (Alaa Muhammed Redha) to Foreign Service Institute at Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
