“Scientific and Cognitive Cooperation with International Universities and Mutual Visits Contribute to Strengthening Academic Relations and Developing Research Capabilities”

To enhance international cooperation, a delegation from Al Iraqia University headed by the Professor Khamis A. Zidan , Vice Rector for Scientific Affairs , visited  Iraqi Cultural Mission in Kuala Lumpur. During the visit, the delegation met with Assistant Professor Dr. Ahlam Nimah Lefta, Cultural Attaché, and Dr. Salah Mahdi, to discuss a number of cooperation mechanisms with Malaysian universities and the great progress achieved by these universities. The visions of both parties were discussed to benefit from this progress in a way that serves the educational process.

The delegation also met with a number of delegates from Al Iraqia University who were on scholarship to complete their postgraduate studies. The scholarship delegates expressed their deep thanks to Iraqi Cultural Mission for their continued support, some visions were discussed to benefit from their academic experiences in those universities. The scholarship delegates also expressed their thanks to the staff of Al Iraqia University for providing assistance and communication. Continuous follow-up to overcome all obstacles.

This visit comes within the framework of enhancing academic cooperation and exchanging experiences between the University and its international counterparts, which contributes to the development of the educational and research process at the university.
