((Evaluating Scientific and Academic Reality of Government Engineering Colleges in Baghdad))

Director of the Center for Development and Continuing Education at Al- Iraqia University, Professor Dr. Muwaffaq Shia Alwan, chaired the meeting of the ministerial committee to evaluate the scientific and academic reality of engineering colleges in public universities.

The meeting was held at Center for Development and Continuing Education / Al-Iraqia University.

It is worth noting that the formation of the committees was according to the geographical area. The first geographical area committee (Baghdad) was headed by Professor Dr. Muwaffaq Shia Alwan and 12 members from government engineering colleges from different universities to evaluate all (21) government engineering colleges.
