History Department Celebrates its Pioneers

In the presence of Dean of the College of Arts, Professor Dr. Hussein Dakhel Al-Bahadli, History Department held a ceremony to celebrate the department’s pioneers who were referred for retirement.

The ceremony included a speech by head of the department, Professor Dr. Ammar Mardi Allawi, who welcomed the department’s pioneers, praising their role in the department’s journey over the decade, also a video of the department’s journey since its founding was shown.

The celebration also witnessed the distribution of honorary shields to the pioneers of the History Department by Professor Dr. Hussein Dakhel Al-Bahadli, Dean of College of Arts, who praised this step, appreciating the efforts of the professors who were referred for retirement.
