A Ramadan Evening
Under the patronage of the Rector of Al- Iraqia University, Professor Dr. Ali Saleh Hussein Al-Jubouri, and in presence of his assistants for administrative affairs, Professor Dr. Hassan Fadhala Al-Tamimi, and for scientific affairs, Professor Dr. Khamis Awad Zidan, and the deans of faculties of Arts and Education for (women), Law, Media, Engineering, Management, and Economics.
College of Islamic Sciences, under the supervision of its Dean, Professor Dr. Kazem Khalifa Hammadi, held a Ramadan evening in honor of the last ten days of the holy month.
The evening included the opening of the book fair and the organization of a competition for college students, which comes within the initiatives that the college has been launching to support the university community. It included various issues that revolved entirely around cognitive, historical, and Islamic connotations, and concluded with the distribution of prizes and gifts among the participating students.
It was then followed by holding an iftar for the students of Dorms, which came as part of the paternal campaign presented by the presidency of the University to take care of its students and share their moments during the days of the holy month, in addition to gain insight into their reality, pay attention to their needs., and instructing them to be met in accordance with the applicable controls and instructions.
In conclusion, the students, in the presence of Director of Dorms Departments, Dr. Hudhayfah Dhiya Daoud, and his staff, expressed their thanks to the Rector of the University and Deans of the colleges for sharing these moments that will remain stuck in the conscience and filled with their fragrance.
