Legal Legislation and Keeping Pace with Developments in Accordance with Islamic Sharia

Al-Sharia Department at College of Education for (women) organized a scientific symposium on legal legislation and keeping up with developments in accordance with Islamic Sharia.
The symposium aimed to introduce some of the emerging issues within themes of the symposium, and the jurisprudential calamities resulting from them, and to edit their issues and jurisprudence and their impact on the diligence of the appropriate legislation for them, as well as to participate in developing a scientific methodology to devise convincing solutions that do not conflict with the legal constants and their objectives, as well as developing the jurisprudential ability to deal with the developments and calamities of the era.
The symposium included several topics, including contemporary legal legislation related to family and society and the challenges of globalization, as well as artificial intelligence and its provisions and legislation regulating it in the perspective of Islamic rules, as well as legislation related to the economy and its contemporary transactions and adapting them in accordance with Islamic law.
