A Workshop Entitled :(Administrative Leadership in Universities)

A course was held at Electronic Computer Center entitled :(Administrative Leadership in Universities), delivered by Assistant Prof. Dr. Ammar Muhammed Saleh, aiming to introduce administrative leadership, characteristics of a leader, the difference between a manager and a leader, and how a manager can be a leader. It also sheds light on the most important skills that a leader must possess, which is reflected in the performance of employees in the organization. It also presents types of leaders that are compatible with institutional work.
