A Symposium on: (Media Misinformation and its Impact on Societal Security)

Under the patronage Rector of Al- Iraqia University , Professor Dr. Ali Saleh Hussein Al-Jubouri, Security Permits Department at the University Presidency, in cooperation with College of Engineering, held a scientific symposium on (Media Disinformation and its Impact on Societal Security).

Representative of Ministry of Interior Lieutenant Colonel Abbas Nazim, and both lecturer assistant Adnan Sobeih Thamer and lecturer assistant Jihan Sadiq Mansour, lectured during the symposium

The symposium aimed to identify media misinformation and the extent of its danger in various fields, such as political, social and media, and ways to distinguish media misinformation from other information, as well as ways to confront and find solutions by responsible and competent authorities.

At the end of the symposium, Dean of College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Malik Abdel Razzaq, presented certificates of appreciation to the lecturers in appreciation of all efforts made by them.
