(Leadership Styles According to DISC Scale)

Under the patronage of Rector of Al- Iraqia University, Professor Dr. Ali Saleh Hussein al-Jubouri, and supervision of Director of Electronic Calculator Center (Assistant Prof. Dr. Ghassan Akram Abdel Saleh), Electronic Calculator Center held today, Sunday, 11/26/2023, a course on leadership styles according to DISC scale, delivered by the international trainer in development humanity and skills (Dr. Ammar Muhammad Saleh) which explained the definition of leadership styles and characteristics, the strengths and weaknesses of each style, and the suitability of each style of leadership according to the place and nature of work. At the end of the course, scale questions were distributed to the trainees so that each person would know his leadership style.

Electronic Calculator Center at the University continues to hold workshops, lectures, seminars, and training and scientific courses in an effort to reach excellence and creativity.
