Under the supervision of Dean of College of Engineering ,Prof. Dr. Malik Abdel Razzaq,

College of Engineering at Al- Iraqia University held a workshop entitled “Explaining GPT chat Technology,” which was presented by Assistant Professor Zahraa Khudair Taha.

The workshop spotted light on ChatGP, an advanced linguistic model developed by OpenAI, which uses artificial intelligence technology to understand and generate texts in a way that resembles human interaction. This model is used in a wide range of applications, including education, where it can have a significant impact.

Helping students to learn

GPT chat is able to act as a personal assistant for students, helping them discover and correct their linguistic and conceptual errors. It provides explanation and clarification of complex academic concepts, making it easier for students to understand and assimilate them.

Helps teachers formulate questions and various assessment procedures to measure students’ level more efficiently.

It provides ideas and suggestions regarding educational activities and teaching practices, which enhances teachers’ ability to simplify and communicate information effectively, self-development and improving productivity.

For students, employees, and teachers, GPT chat can be a useful tool in self-development and increasing efficiency. It helps in organizing ideas, generating content, and providing advice in various fields, which contributes to completing tasks in less time and with greater efficiency.
