Center of Research and Studies Holds a Course to Prepare Trainers

Center for Research and Studies at Al-Iraqia University held a training course to prepare trainers at its headquarters in Al-Waziriyha for three days.

The course presented by Dr. Ammar Muhammad Saleh included topics like, definition of training, its importance and goals, a review of the most prominent characteristics of an effective trainer and the skills of a successful trainer, as well as the life cycle of the training program, presentation and delivery skills, body language of the trainer, and methods for preparing effective training packages.
