Dean of Faculty of Law and Political Science at Al- Iraqia University (Professor Dr. Muhammad Hameed Abd) participated in membership of the committee to discuss the promotion research tagged (war crimes: their nature and provisions in international and humanitarian law) that submitted by the advisor (Qais Abdullah Suleiman) to be promoted to the rank of Minister Plenipotentiary at Foreign Service Institute .
