Analogy and its Sound Enhancements are a Critical Criterion in Flirting(Ghazil)

College of Education for Girls at Al- Iraqia University discussed a master’s thesis on the analogy and its phonetic enhancements as a critical criterion in flirting between the Damascene wawa’ (385 AH) and Ibn al-Mu’allim al-Iraqi (592 AH).

The thesis presented by the researcher, Doaa Abd al-Rahman Rashid, aimed at explaining the importance of women, who had a prominent presence in the poems of poets, and clarifying the figurative image and its vocal improvements as a critical criterion in spinning between Abu al-Wawa al-Dimashqi and Ibn al-Moallem al-Wasiti.

The dissertation included an introduction, a preface, and three chapters, in which the researcher dealt with the single and compound stimulatory image in the poets’ ghazal, as well as image enhancements, phonetically and semantically.
