Active Participation of College of Medicine in International Scientific Forum at United Arab Emirates

Assistant Prof. Dr. Nadia Ghassan Abdul Karim, Head of Chemistry and Biological Chemistry Branch at the College of Medicine at Al- Iraqia University, participated in the international scientific conference that was held in (Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah), United Arab Emirates, under the title: (Developments in chemical industries), which was organized by the Union of Arab Chemists in cooperation with Iraqi Society of Clinical Biochemistry for the period from 15 to 16 / 2023/2.

On the first day, working papers were presented by many professors from various Arab countries and from Iraqi universities, Dr. Nadia Ghassan Abdul Karim presented a working paper entitled: (Biochemistry applications in the medical industry).

The second day included a field visit to Julphar Pharmaceutical Factory.

At the end of the conference Dr. Nadia was honored with a shield and a certificate of appreciation from Federation of Arab Chemists and the Emirates Society of Biochemistry. Dr. Nadia and the participants in the conference also received thanks and appreciation from His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Prince of (Ras Al Khaimah).Deanship of College of Medicine wish Dr. Nadia brilliance and more giving in serving the educational process of our dear country.
