A Master’s Thesis Discusses (Manufacture of Silver Nanoparticles with a Solution of White Albumin in a Harsh Environment Close to the Human Body and a Study of its Effect on Candida Albicans).

A master’s thesis discusses (Manufacture of Silver Nanoparticles with a Solution of White Albumin in a Harsh Environment Close to the Human Body and a Study of its Effect on Candida Albicans). A discussion master thesis of postgraduate student (Yasmine Ammar Adi) from the Medical Microbiology Branch at the College of Medicine /Al- Iraqia University.
*The Thesis aimed to:
Manufacturing nanoparticles in an environmentally friendly manner, maintaining their stability, and studying their effect and effect of albumin albicans on Candida albicans fungus. candida albicans.
*The study found:
Nanoparticles can be synthesized by laser ablation and maintain their stability for a long period of time. AgNPs do not cause inhibition of Candida albicans, unlike Ovalbumin solution, which has the ability to kill and inhibit Candida albicans.
After listening to the discussion committee’s remarks and the student’s defense of her thesis with scientific evidence, the thesis was accepted in form and content, and a master’s degree was granted to the student with an honors grade.
*The discussion committee consisted of:
Prof. Dr. Ahmed Rushdi Abdullah / College of Medicine / Al-Iraqia University / Chair
Assistant Prof. Dr. Nada Hisham Abdel Latif/ College of Medicine/ Al-Iraqia University/ Member
Assistant Prof. Dr. Farah Thamer Abdullah / Biotechnology Research Center / Al-Nahrain University
Assistant Prof. Dr. Muhammad Hussein Musharraf / College of Medicine / Al-Iraqia University / member and supervisor
Assistant Prof. Dr. Sinan Adnan Abd al-Latif/ College of Medicine/ Al-Iraqia University/ member and supervisor
