Employing Quranic Stories in the Poetry of (Ibn Abd Rabbo) in a Symposium in College of Education

Department of Arabic Language at College of Education, Al- Iraqia University, organized a scientific symposium entitled Employing Quranic Stories in Poetry of (Ibn Abd Rabbo), in 18/1/2023.

The symposium presented by Duaa Qais Shukr, a lecturer in the department, discusses the importance of Quranic stories and the moral, psychological and social concepts they carry for the individual and society alike, and deepening sublime human concepts and how to employ them in the poetry of Ibn Abd Rabbo.

It has been shown through poetic examples the prominent prose of Quranic stories in poetry of this Andalusian poet. The symposium was attended by a number of faculty and students of the department.
