Electronic Computer Center Holds an Awareness Workshop Tagged (Prevention of Respiratory Syncytial Virus RSV)

Under the auspices of Rector of Al- Iraqia University and supervision of Director of Electronic Computer Center /Technical Training Division at the center, cooperated with College of Medicine and held an awareness workshop tagged (Prevention of Respiratory Syncytial Virus RSV) participated by a number of teachers and employees of Al- Iraqia University.

The workshop, which was presented by a lecturer at Faculty of Medicine, Assistant teacher, Ayat Majeed Zaidan, aims to spread health awareness and shed light on the pathological virus that has become notorious recently, and to introduce its most prominent causes and apparent symptoms.

The workshop dealt with the rates of injuries recorded by Iraqi Ministry of Health and the most important signs of infection that could appear in people quickly, and referred to methods of prevention, the workshop confirmed that the disease is transmitted among children quickly and safety conditions must be applied in schools.

It’s worth mentioning Computer and Internet Center at the University continues to hold educational and scientific workshops and courses in an effort to reach a healthy society free of diseases.
