A Dialogue lecture Entitled “Experience and More”

Department of Radio and Television Journalism at College of Media / Al- Iraqia University organized a dialogue lecture entitled “Experience and More”, in the presence of Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Ethar Tariq Al-Obeidi, his Scientific and Administrative Assistants, Head of Radio and Television Journalism Department, Mr. Radhi Hassan Rashid, a number of the department’s teachers, and a group of students at the college’s headquarters.

The lecture, which was presented by a group of local journalists, Ali Al-Rubaie, Ahmed Aram, Rania Ghazi and Farah Ahmed, included two aspects, the first is an explanation of the most important points that a comprehensive journalist should enjoy in media process by presenting journalistic models and maintaining the credibility of reporting the event objectively and impartially. These programs have a qualitative vision and a distinctive presentation, in a way that serves the requirements of modern media and desire of the target audience.

The lecture aims to develop the knowledge of  participants with sufficient information, skills and scientific expertise to graduate a comprehensive journalist who can work in all fields of media and easily engage in modern and technologically advanced work environments. Professor Dr. Ethar Tariq Al-Obeidi, pointed out the importance of bringing together the college students with experts and specialists in media and journalistic fields to enrich their scientific and practical knowledge experiences.
