College of Engineering Holds a Workshop on How Undergraduate Acquire Labor Market Skills

Under the auspices of the Rector of Al- Iraqia University, Prof. Dr. Ali Saleh Hussein, and supervision of Dean of College of Engineering, Prof. Dr. Mowaffaq Shia’ Alwan… College of Engineering held a workshop entitled (How Can Undergraduate Students Acquire Labor Market Skills) participated of a number of faculty and college students the workshop was delivered by Assist. Lecturer Ibtihal Shaker Mahmoud.

The workshop targeted the students of second stage in College of Engineering to prepare them to join the labor market after graduation, introduce them to the best jobs and according to their specialization, and know the steps for success in developing their scientific skills, in addition to the importance of universities role in preparing students for the post-graduation stage, as well as mastering English language and obtaining international certificates that enrich biography of a graduate and the necessity to get involved  in technical community activities in order to obtain a suitable job.
