Department of Geography and Geographic Information Systems Holds A Scientific Symposium

Department of Geography and Geographic Information Systems at College of Arts/ Al- Iraqia University, held a symposium entitled (Volunteer Work on Campus). The symposium presented by Assistant Professor Dr. Mohsen Saleh Al-Zuhairi, University Counseling Officer, aimed at dealing with volunteer work on the university campus, he clarified the concept of volunteer work, which is considered a non-profit work carried out by individual on his own and of his own free will, due to several considerations, including ethical, religious, social and humanitarian, as well as the positive effects for this work on the individual and society.
