The study dealt with a statement on the subject of real estate development, which is one of the important issues in the legal arena, in terms of discussing its regulatory frameworks and determining its responsibilities, and its most important parties, especially the real estate developer, who is often professional for this activity along with other professionals such as contractors, engineers and real estate brokers ,activities with multiple facets that include repairing and renovating existing buildings or leasing them and buying vacant lands , selling them after their development.
