Al- Iraqia University Participates the Moot Court Event of Faculties of law at American University

Under the auspices of Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, students of College of Law and Political Science at Al- Iraqia University participated in the activities of the moot court set up by American University of Baghdad.

The event was attended by His Excellency Minister of Justice, Judge Salar Abdul Sattar, Head of the University, Prof. Ali Saleh Hussein, Assistant Rector of the University for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Khamis Awad Zaidan, Administrative Assistant, Prof. Hassan Fadala Musa, Dean of College of Law, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhammad Hamid, and a number of heads Iraqi universities, a number of college Deans, and the head of Iraqi Jurists Union, Dr. Muhammad Numan Al-Daoudi.

The moot court aimed at presenting an applied model for Iraqi courts for various cases, simulating and enhancing practical side of the students, linking it to the theoretical study, and presenting practical method and Fields College of Law students, to provide a scientific and professional legal environment, according to international standards and foundations.
