A Workshop on Developing Tasks of Administrative and Financial Divisions in Faculties of the University

Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs at Presidency of Al- Iraqia University conducted a workshop concerned the officials of administrative divisions in faculties of the university to develop their skills and how to implement the instructions and decisions issued by the Ministry and the University Presidency at Al-Kindi Hall in Adhamiya.

The workshop included many axes, including an explanation of how to prepare Ministry’s minutes, the reports of promotions and tables and summaries they contain, as well as calculating the certificate and legal conditions and vacations that follow, as well as minutes of calculating the contractual service.

The workshop also included a discussion of many administrative matters and how to deal with and implement them in accordance with the stipulated ministerial instructions.
