Fourth Session of University Council for Academic Year 2021/2022

Al- Iraqia University Council held its fourth session for academic year 2021-2022 headed by the Rector of  University, Prof. Dr. Ali Saleh Hussein Al-Jubouri, in the presence of all council members, and discussing the topics on the agenda.

The council discussed many of the agenda items and took decision, including the creation of departments for postgraduate studies in faculties of law, political science, Islamic sciences and education, as well as the will to expand the scientific backgrounds of higher studies for faculties of arts, administration and economics.

The meeting included approval of the study leaves for formations of Al -Iraqia University inside Iraq, extension of service for a number of university teachers, and the approval of a second extension for a group of graduate students or the postponement of their studies.

The council also discussed a number of scientific promotions for professorship degree, as well as many scientific, administrative and technical items that would advance our university.
