Prof. Dr. Hassan Fadala Al-Tamimi, Assistant Rector for Administrative Affairs, met with Director of Media and Public Relations Department, Asst. Lecturer Falah Taher Al-Delphi, and Head of University Website Division, Asst. Lecturer Mohammed Alaa El-Deen, to discuss technical matters the summary of recommendations of the committee concerned with the university automation process and electronic governance, and to complete work and recommendations included and means of achieving them.
The meeting included also discussing capabilities of the university’s site division and the available infrastructure such as expanding servers, working systems, human resources and all necessary requirements.
The committee had discussed previously all the requirements of infrastructure, systems and training to convert all formations and joints of the university’s administrative , scientific and student affairs to electronic administration, which came in line with the immediate requirements imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic and to facilitate the services provided by the university to its students and members.
