Al- Iraqia University participating a digital training workshop on investigative journalism

Faculty of Media at Al Iraqia University participated a digital training workshop on the basics of investigative journalism in the Arab world, which was held by the (Areej) International Network via digital platform ZOOM Cloud Meetings, with participation of six Arab countries: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Yemen and Palestine.

The workshop, which was represented with the participation of student Omar Amer Moussa, addressed number of axes and topics, most notably the concept of investigative investigation, investigative journalism, data, digital storytelling and electronic security.

The workshop aims to learn how to build the hypothesis of investigative investigation and provide journalists with the tools and skills needed to investigate , collect and maintain data safely.
