Director of the Sports Activities Department at Al-Iraqia University

Winning the Positions of #Vice President of the Asian Federation # and President of the West Asian Sambo Federation
Prof. Dr. Mukhlis Hassan, Director of the Sports Activities Department at Al-Iraqia University, won the positions of Vice President of the Asian Federation and President of the West Asian Sambo Federation in elections held today in the Uzbek capital, Tashkent, for the period from 2025 to 2029.
For his part, Dr. Mukhlis Hassan expressed his pride in this appointment, noting that this victory represents not only a personal achievement, but also a victory for Iraq, Iraqi sports, and the University of Iraq. He added, “I will do my best to develop Sambo in the region and strengthen Iraq’s position in continental and international federations.”
