A scientific symposium at the College of Education entitled “How to Develop Self-Confidence”

The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the College of Education, Al-Iraqia University, organized a scientific symposium entitled “How to Develop Self-Confidence” on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. The symposium was delivered by Eng. Atheer Abdul Jabbar Muhammad. It covered several topics, including: defining self-confidence and how to enhance it; methods for building self-confidence; and the most important methods through exercises to enhance confidence, along with the most important movements that demonstrate strength of character and self-confidence. The symposium concluded with several recommendations, including: the necessity of enhancing self-confidence through positive self-dialogue and the possibility of conducting exercises that enhance self-confidence. A group of students attended the symposium.
